I can't seem to find words to describe my despair

There he are
There she is
One's eyes are downcast
One's eyes hold glee
My eyes loose focus

He tries to speak
She says there is nothing to say
They argue
I stand there

His eyes become desperate
Her eyes becoming enraged
I continue to stare
I continue to stand there

She trembles with rage
He starts to talk
I don't hear him
He reaches for me

And I walk away

I like how you put the girl in the third-person, even though the guy was talking to her. It's like you made the girl and her thoughts different people. Very poetic.
