It's not like you didn't enjoy it.
Forgive me for giving into you.
It's not like you tried to stop me.
Forgive me for falling for you.
It's not like you tried catching me.
Forgive me for being loyal.
It's not like you made me feel the need to.
Forgive me for being in your life.
It's not like you didn't want me there.
Forgive me for having a place in your heart.
It's not like you didn't have a vacancy.
Forgive me for always being in your thoughts.
It's notl ike you put me to the back of your mind.

Yes, a tad repetitive, I'll admit. But a little tounge in cheek? I think it sounds like you're being sarcastic. Pretty good though! I like it. Try explaining if you're being sarcastic of if you're accusing him of being the cause.
