In school you scared me
You dared me
To try to fight back
On the ground
You knocked me down
I try to run away
You bring me up
And won't cut me slack
The fee I must pay.
10 years later
I see you again
We are both adults
So I smile and put change into your cup
and walk away
With a skip in my step.

- Well its mixing some rhyme and free verse. Not all poetry is required to rhyme. Poe, Whitman, Bryant, they all institute rhyme and free verse.

- Wonderful idea, and almost perfectly executed- but try and change that last set- it just doesn't rhyme. Great job though- 5/5
