• 'Mutilation of an Insolent, Inbred Species'

    I am a fusion reaction within the plasmid core of our Sun
    I am an incomparable luminescence given by dying Nebulae

    I am a fleck of cosmic dust upon the icy rings of Saturn
    I am an unseen hole upon the scarred surface of the Moon

    I am a forsaken stone upon the turbulent surface of Venus
    I am an undeniable truth within the mind of mortal Man

    The might and mettle of a species unperturbed by rampant Chaos
    The foundation of a generation at the apex of Thoughtlessness
    The core of a gifted mind corrupted by diseases of the Flesh

    And;

    As I feel the burning words, "I Do Not Deserve', etched into my chest
    I feel not anger, nor sadness, but a sense of silent understanding

    subject to infernal heat and unforgiving cold of a world without atmosphere
    an unshielded existence, defenseless as I am barraged by wave after suffocating wave
    an unrelenting assault upon the fabric of morality and mankind's senses

    And;

    I realize that, as but one of billions, I can do little to combat
    the ebbing tides of forsaken humanity and Gaea's relentless suffering

    Just as blazing stars vehemently implode, so shall our people burn freely
    Organic debris strewn about our silent cities, a feast for the parasites
    a flaming carcass of self-pity, carbonic remnants of a new day and Age
