in a world of dark intentions
there is one so bright as day
each time i wrap my arms around you
you chase my fears away

murderers, rapists, and *****
this is my permanent background
but all is of nonexistent importance
whenever your around

you say i have your heart
which i refuse to give away
you can have me forever
even after my last day

because when im by your side,
happy as can be.
i have no fears or worries,
you set me free

so while the world goes to hell
im in my protectors arms
i am perfectly content
hidden from all harms

Aside from the fact that this is already a concept practically overused to all extent and growing increasingly tiresome to hear, the grammar here is also atrocious. Can't anyone write something that isn't completely about being a love-trodden moron?
