Stop it, I’m not what you think.
No matter what I thought I couldn’t say anything it was like my jaw was wired shut.
Standing there in a state of inaction, paralyzed by their words.
I never thought words could hold this kind of power over me.
The room held a dim atmosphere, it felt like the ground fell from beneath me.
Then the question came, “Do you have anything to say?”
I didn’t say anything, I just looked at my feet.
That was it, even as they let me go I was not free.
I had caged myself in my own silence.
I was a prisoner of my inaction.
For that I have only myself to blame.

You're lacking commas in the second line.
"I didn’t say anything..." Get rid of the last two words and add "so". It makes the response to the question more clear.
The rest is pretty good. The emotion is almost tangible, but if you change your wording a bit, it'll seem more real, and a little less forced. 4/5 stars. smile - Report As Spam
