I looked into the mirror, looked straight into my own hazel eyes;
the mixture of green and brown intrigued me, two different colors,
made such a beautiful sight, or at least that was what people told me.
Though when the little camera in my iris spaced out, I could see the ugly;
the lies and hatred that lied on top of that pretty color, then I saw the mask.
the thin layer of moist that was my mask of the true emotion I felt.
Though unfortunately that thin moist layer, did not hide my tears;
information that I have known so many times, that I loath passionately.
For that thin layer of moist, became weak when pain hit too hard,
the moist grew and grew, creating drops in my eyes and falling down my cheeks.
Then hitting the ground with an almost soundless melody, but a ringing bell,
in my ears at least; ringing ringing, ringing away.
