Your tears falling like raindrops from the sky,
Is your mother dead?
Did your father die?
Please little boy, answer me, why do you cry?
The boy looks up, but his eyes are dead,
two blackened lumps of burned out lead.
Oh little boy, little boy, why is life so cruel?
Please don't laugh just hear my words
little boy I love you most in the whole entire world!
Ah, little boy now I see you smile,
your grin as wide as the river Nile.
Am I really funny for your sad face to be so sunny?
little boy, little boy
I really do love you my sweet little boy.
