So means "very or extremely" in an informal way.

Pretty good, but I see two improvements to be made (not big ones though)
1) After shimmers, you don't need the "so," it should just be "she shimmers bright" so it flows.
2) Again just so it flows, "they shine all so bright." could be "they all shine bright" unless you mean something different there.

But otherwise, pretty well written.
