My heart is breaking in two,

Is there no one that can stop it?

My World is breaking apart,

Is there no one that can mend it?

My heart longs for hope,

Is there somewhere i can find it?

My heart longs for so much,

I know that I can't have it.

My spirit wishes for peace,

Can this bloodshed stop in an instant?

Will anyone listen to me?

Does anyone even care?

Will anyone Hear my wishes?

Or grant them at the spot?

My expectations are too high,

Life is filled with disappointment,

Nothing makes sense to me,

Is there one thing I can know for certain?

Loss and dissapointed come from desire and attachment. You can be for sertain that for the most part what you are feeling is the human condition shared by everyone. The only way to cope with it is to curb your emotional attachment to things learn disapline and acceptance so you can still work for a better world and cultivate your life even when some of your flowers die.
