If we had a lament
What would we say?
Desert stones awaiting winter's kiss,
Of crumbled inn and dimmed light
We lose everything that we have sight.
Our darkened hearts awaiting their time
Looking beyond a frail facade,
Sadness and grief engraving our minds,
Light and shadow within our hearts,
Corruption and revennge poisining our selves, integrity being forgotten,
What's wrong with us, should we know?
Through one we have lost our sight,
Letting foolishness become our domain,
Seling our souls for meaningless power,
We sit as if nothing happens,
Oblivious to our own time,
Looking for someone to blame,
we have left a promising way,
Lightning brings the cactus pain,
Afraid it'll happen again,
We find a distraction to all our problems
Then we grow bored and leave it all again,
Desert stones awaiting winter's kiss,
One by one they find their bliss,
Only to be cast away by blinding sands,
We have left a promising way.
Bu through one man we find it again,
One man that is rightous and pure,
Loving and kind, who bought our lives upon a cross,
Through one man
We found our way.

- Title: Through One Man
- Artist: Arranged Blocks
- Description: This is a religious poem I wrote a while back. I really dont have much to say about it, but that it is one of my favorites. The poem is self explanatory.

I'd guess that the "Man" in the poem is either God or Jesus, pardon me if I'm wrong;I'm a Buddhist.
This is a well thought out, meaningful poem which really gets its message across.I find it true and rhythmic. 5/5 - Report As Spam
