A Piece of Advice

• Description: i wrote this after having a fairly serious and mind opening conversation and watching a tv show that well gave some inspiration to it. i guess what im trying to say with this one is that people need to listen and sometimes the ones they need to listen to the most are right in front of them but they don't notice it or are to afraid of what they'll think even though chances are that person is stand with 'open arms and open ears'

Filled with sorrow I stand and watch
As time flies by and I see you fade
I wish that I could catch your hand as you walk past
So I can say something important to your face

A piece of advice that will get you by in the hardest of times

This is an amazing piece of work. For me it really captures the frustration that I'm currently feeling with one of my friends who also cannot seem to see the help that I am offering her. I think everyone can relate to this on some level. This would also make a great song, in my opinion. You have real talent!
