Inner Beauty
I'm always alone.
No one calls me on the phone.
I don't know why it's so,
But I still try to be bold.
I know I'm not attractive,
Nor am I very active,
But I don't deserve to be treated
Like I'm not even worth it.
I may not be graceful,
But I am still beautiful,
Maybe not on the outside,
But definitely on the inside.
Although I am kind-hearted,
I'm just a piece of art,
For no one cares what I can do,
Only what I wear to school.

- Description: I wrote this poem for a Reflection contest. I didn't win, but I love this poem. This is the first poem I wrote that doesn't involve my real feelings... I wrote it in first person point of view so that the poem would be stronger and more emotional. Enjoy.

- oh, yah ^^" sorry, I did like it though, It had a nice theme that I would have liked to see work its way to longer and fuller stanzas. 4/5

- Its neat... but I must admit that it lacks a certain punch in the ending... If you add on, rahter than shave off... This would have probobly won 1st place... Im sorry that Im not all like "WOA, AWESOME!!!" but I just would like to give you some respectful, creative critisism. (Or however you spell that.
