-
Snow falls and glass from the mirror,
Shatters and breaks, cutting the feet,
Of a man who never knew his name,
Till the Christmas gift wrote to you.
And my christmas wish is hanging,
Tall and Strong in the christmas tree,
Thirteen miles lay between you and me,
Thunder strikes on this Christmas Eve Eve,
Oh those childhood memories,
We could not sleep on that night so magical.
The company of bells ringing in the breeze,
Snow would turn to rain and there goes,
My white Christmas, my dreaming day,
Of all the love held, lost or lead astray,
But next year is bound to be better than the last,
For all the Christmasses wasted on lost love,
Make this one more romantic for the taking,
For though we fell apart for the sake of home,
You're only down the end of the phone and,
Yes our new year will mark the beginning,
The rest of our lives and this is what I write of,
Tonight.
