Sometimes it seems to me that I'm screaming out to you;I'm yelling at you,and you're sitting next to me.
But you don't cast me a single glance. Not one head nod. Not even the smallest knee-jerk reaction.
You're off in some fantasy world. The one where things don't count as long as you do it behind shut doors,in dark closets. You can damn someone there, you can taunt them over their appearance, but they won't mind it if you take it back,or curl your lips into a vicious smile.
I weep on the inside, but my skin allows me to laugh. You complain about my lack of enthusiasm, and yet,you question my decisions that are independent of you. I've learned to think on my own,and I may be boring, but I'm not the one falling victim to idiocy this time,oh no.
I feel such shame for thinking I ever truly cared.

- Very good. This is a topic that many people would write in angst, but you convey it with complete honesty.
