Sitting in the clouds
Waving to Mary Poppins and the Olympian Goddesses
The world below me looks so pristine from up here
No war
Rape
Violence
Just tiny forms bustling about busy streets
Building rising to my left and right
We humans have risen above the clouds
Caught up in our own Babylonian conquest
Whether knowing it or not
We wish to be above god
Natural selection and evolution from monkeys and all that rubbish
Up here, is just silence
Paired with a woman powdering her nose and women giggling and affecting the lives of
men below
Little people below me
God is watching
And he is above me perch among the angels, and they sing for your saving
For even up here, the world is turning darker
But also up here, I am safe from darkness
So Mary, Artemis and I will all play go fish
