• The stars start to glitter,
    As I walk down the path.

    I yet saw a lonely critter,
    I came up to him then asked.

    " Why are you so lonely all of a sudden?",
    He looked back at me with a smile,
    His fist started to harden,
    Yet when he saw the stars from a mile.

    I then asked,
    "what's wrong all of a sudden?, from when you looked at the stars.",
    He replied back to me,
    "Its nothing really, I just wonder why they're so far."

    I was suprised and shocked,
    Now I know why,
    Its just he wants to be part with them,
    Yet he gave a big sigh.

    So near,
    Yet so far,
    Never fear,
    for when there is a star.
