Two delicate hands
Controlling the periods of time
Such delicate hands
How do they have so much power?
From birth to death
The delicate hands limit
A fragile life's precious time
To lead to their end
A rose
Just starts only as a little bud
That has yet to turn into a beauty
But as soon as it does,
It's time is limited
Therefore it will only last
For a short period of time
All because of those delicate hands
That spin endlessly,
But leaving life to be mortal
Unlike the delicate hands
That control time
That control helpless lives
Who have only a short time
To love, to laugh, to cry
To live.
All because of those delicate hands
That are immortal
Unlike the helpless lives
As the last petal
Of the rose falls,
The delicate hands
Continue to spin
Continue to watch helpless lives
Perish
For all eternity.
Because those delicate hands
Have all the power
Of time itself.
