    No one sits with him, he doesn’t fit in,
    But we feel like we do when we make fun of him,
    'Cause you want to belong, do you go along?
    Just to be like them and be the one for his pain?
    You really don't want him to die.
    But maybe he goes home and thinks suicide,
    Or he comes back to school with a gun at his side,
    Any kindness from you would've stopped his life from being gone...

    Why don't you be a hero?
    Heroes do what's right,
    You can save a life,
    You can join the fight and do whats right.

    No one talks to her, she feels like she's gone,
    She’s in too much pain to survive on her own,
    The hurt she can’t handle overflows to a knife,
    She writes on her arm, wants to give away her life,
    Each day she goes on is a day that she is alive to try to survive,
    Fighting the lie that giving up is the way,
    Each moment of courage she has try's to save her life,
    When she hides the knife , a hero is made...

    No one see's him to help how he is and how he lives,
    He believes that the choices he makes are only his, no one else's,
    Doesn't think people look up to him as the best and the way he behaves,
    And how others will follow the choices he makes,
    He lives on the edge, he’s just old enough to decide,
    His brother who wants to be him is just five,
    He can do what he wants because it’s what he thinks is right,
    The choices he's made change a five-year-old's life...

    Lil-Kota was the one in class
    Who everyday got brutally harassed,
    This went on for years.
    Till he thought that never again would he show another tear,
    So he walked in his room,
    And grabbed the 12" Blade off his shelf just 4feet taller than him.
    He said 'I need her here, to be with me before I end my life!'
    And like this a life can be lost
    But this ain't even about how that is
    It's about how all of us just sat back and watched it happen
    Thinking its our fault how he grabbed the knife and thought suicide
    To solve a problem that is about me,
    About us, the ones who think suicide when no one else knows.
    This is just many of the daily scenarios
    In which we choose to sit back and relax,
    Instead of doing the right thing
    If we make a choice and be the one who saves these people
    For those who won't help themselves
    How many lives would be saved, changed, rearranged?
    Now it's our time to pick a side who we are in life,
    You can choose to sit back and let the killing happen, Happen or change a life and be a hero?
    So don't keep watching by not knowing how to help,
    Cause you just want to exist but not help other people who do too.
    So lets wake up, change many lives,
    Make it your time to be there.
