"In visions of the dark night
I have dreamed of joy departed-
But a waking dream of life and light
Hath left me broken-hearted."
Eminent...
Thoughts and words alone surrendered
If only they could mean more
The smiles and laughter
Even a simple touch of the hope lost
Could you have found?
I find the same delicate pedals in realm of weeds
Again and again
Ones I have looked until my hands bleeds
Staring...descending
We are fallen from our paradise
I still wait for the nights when I could return to my dreams
Your ivory skin pressed softly against me
Your silks of jet black tresses onto my concealment
Swarming to another dark-curtained night of bliss
Yearning, waking...gone
A luminous soul in a bleak path of cracked shells
To still stand on the burning coals, Lucifer's brimstones
So bravely, so elegantly
Refusing the stairs of Valhalla
Captivating...patient.
And this malice for a mirror of a man who should be
A crusader, a knight, a lover
A reality...
You are to me
A Queen
An Artisian
A Darkened Sky for my Rain
When the world is but ashes
May we both ardour insane
A cocoon for my heart
A butterfly to my lonely brome
And the wings to my spirit
My deliverance, take me home
Even through lust, brutality
Other discomforting allegory
Let us share our glacial blood
And continue our love story
Because as the flurry precipitates
And the leaves continue to tear and anguish
And the days when dreams don't have to be dreams anymore
I can clasp your essence, breathe your divinity
And as the blightful sun quakes to another waltz with the devil on the moon
I extract what truly matters:
there is no God
There is no one else
There is no justice
Just us
"That holy dream- that holy dream,
While all the world were chiding,
Hath cheered me as a lovely beam
A lonely spirit guiding."
