As I ask into the night,
The valley's secrets sans of light,
"Empty Christmas, holiday wisps
Snow befall: my gentlest wish."
And 'ere the jingle bells reveal
The un-begifted holly day's blight,
No snow or sprinkle flakes to see
On this bare to be winter'y scene.
An empty wish as always be,
Bring me no such pleasantry.
Merry holly day awash with white
Be the learn'd wisher's only right.
Zoned with warmer breeze aloft,
Curs'd to see no wintery ash,
Yet although sans the frozen frost,
I await, though, Claus's merry cache.
