• He felt as if his stomach was twisted,
especially when he finally set his eyes on that big grin of hers,
one thing he had loved so much about her,
and another thing he would never had forgotten.

Her presence and just her everything made him tremble,
she looked different but her smile never once changed,
except that it wasn't his to claim once again.

He bent down so that he can engulf her in an embrace,
her warmth was something he would indeed miss the most,
the way she fits perfectly on his arms,
the was she'd have to tiptoe just to hug him fully,
the way her wonderful scent filled the air,
    it was overwhelming,
almost to the point he could no longer breath.

Finally with the little strength he had left he let go,
he wanted to treasure this a bit more longer,
this moment will be the last time they'll ever meet,
    she was his angel,
she holds the key to his heart,
    and will always do.

The air had gone quiet and there was an interval of silence,
but this was perfect, comforting, and all the he's ever going to need,
mainly because she was here once more.

This was his own bittersweet reunion.
