Mhm... and there's no way to talk to the deans/counselors/whoever-manages-classes to see if you can be transferred?

no, once you're in you're in. I'm hoping it was a mistake, but I'm very doubtful.

Thank you. Actually Dark, they don't have to do anything about it. It's public school. I'm not doing anything to be there except for the fact that I'm under contract. The contract says that they have the right to take me out of the program if they feel the need to.

Well, all I can say is to follow Dark's advice. If you were supposed to be in a higher class, they'd have to put you there.
