@La Belle - Physical activity helps too. It releases hormones that help you stay up. I could suggest a couple of good ones to help you stay up.

La Belle Isolde Its so cold that moving around hurts, because it en tails getting out of my blankets. Activity will make you warm. Besides you move around in the blankets.
