Hey, ive got a question...
my feet are really sore and i honestly need to soak them...
i was told to use cold water but was told by another to use hot...
whats better? :S

Well... I always think hot water *feels* better, but I really don't know which is better *for* you. Some bath salts are supposed to help, too. ^_^ mrgreen

*Huggles aretoo* I was thinking hotwater would be best but i just wasnt sure i mean i want to help my feet lol not make it worse. But i'll go with what you said. Hot water feels nice

If you had a pulled muscle, cold water is better for you. But if you just have sore muscles, hot water is good for you. ^_^
