You should come up to Canada and visit me. We should have a party here for my birthday in July, lol. It makes no sense that you can be legal to smoke but not drink. Not to me anyway. I didn't have my first drink until I was 19 anyway, even though where I live 18 is the legal age and people were doing it way before then. Still... 21 seems such a long time. I really want to meets teh ATG peoples... I can't wait until I can afford my California trip... sho excited!
By the by, I believe it was Tsuji-kun's birthday in December, happy belated! *is terrible with dates*

Heh, I used to take trips up to Ontario with friends, to Wisconsin with my parents (can drink at 18 if accompanied by your parents xd ), and to Mexico when I was in Arizona... I don't really ever get drunk, but I have been drinking since 15.
