Rarely do I run across someone that knows the term sashimi, let alone distinguishes between sashimi and sushi.
Maybe it's just cause of where I live and with whom I generally associate...

I like sashimi too... don't have it very often though, that's mostly cause I prefer sushi sweatdrop
