A people is a group of persons. So, if you are referring to a single group, it's "people", multiple groups are "peoples", one entity is a "person", a group of entities being referred to as individuals are "persons".

Yes, you would say that there are a lot of people, but when you are seperating the people out, they become persons.

I'd huggle you La Belle but... I'm not feeling too well either and with some of MY luck we would BOTH get sick again. *Sniffle* I'm just getting over mine... but it didn't mess with me too much.
