Well... Skrat and Linny have faded off to dreamland; oddly, for a change, aretoo's not sleepy and is burning the midnight oil; meanwhile Kusa deliriously mumbles "I wish I were made of cheese".

=o Prinny was here. You just missed him. Maybe next time, eh? *runs out the thread, trips, lands on his face, continues stumbling, and disappears on the horizon*

I think, Joftua, that up that far past your bedtime is technically up early for the following day... wink

"Sometimes, I wish I could be a traveling minstrel... With a rapier." Lin said to himself, eyes closed, as he entered the thread.

Wow, Linny, that's a terrific avi you've put together
As far as minstrels, I'm sure they were proficient with rapiers or some other form of weapon; after all, they were often in, ah, questionable places... mrgreen
That reminds me: have you read Mercedes Lackey? I particularly recommend her "Last Herald Mage" trilogy to you, Lin. smile

Heehee... To be frank I'd probably rely more on fists than anything else, being all martial-artsy and all... But there's a romantic notion of the traveling swashbuckler who knows many songs.
*wonders about 'avi' as well. hmmm...*
I haven't had the pleasure, aretoo. Hm. A gay protagonist...? Mayhaps I should look for it in the library.

...I never said that, Linny; wouldn't want to ruin any surprises! wink
However, I will say that both Ms. Lackey's and Tanya Huff's novels are terrific fantasy, and very gay friendly. (Sorry to Saverio, if he happens to be straying through here; I wouldn't want to burn his retinas out.) rofl

Kals is questing again!Morning you two! And Linny, I second aretoo's recommend. And yes, all of Lackey's Valdemar books are full of gay. Sadly the only people who are into bondage are the bad guys though. There are even some villain mages who turn their victims into cat hybrids in some kind of furry's wet dream. Check sig for details!

I should look for a book series... It's been hard to read because of school but it would be nice to make myself relax to a book.
I know it's Super Bowl weekend and whatnot, but I wonder, since I'm not particularly fond of the Super Bowl, if I should go out to a cafe today and do homework there...
