Kals is questing again!Well yeah sisters' friends are still totally off-limits, no matter how old they are.
EDIT: And according to the math, it's creepy for ME to date someone who is 20, as of two days ago. And I'm nowhere near 60. My bottom limit is now 20.5 and my upper limit is 40.
EDIT-EDIT: Laters Tsuji. Check sig for details!

Kals, that equation is...interesting for the most part...I'd just rather go with mental maturity, and hope they're over 18...

There is a creepiness factor to dating ages now? I though so long as they were of legal age it was fine. I must be out of it.

Thaliat Everwood There is a creepiness factor to dating ages now? I though so long as they were of legal age it was fine. I must be out of it. well, think of it this way...you're say 50, and you date an 18 year old...what would people say? I mean, regardless of legality, the fact that the younger person could be your child...

Kals is questing again! There's totally a creepiness factor. The mathematical equation of age/2+7=non-creepy bottom limit actually works really well -- it falls exactly within legal limits and it tends to factor in maturity as well in most cases. As people get older, greater age gaps become acceptable because maturity level seems to increase dramatically in early years but less quickly as one ages, so it is possible for a younger person to "catch up" somewhat.
Math works.
EDIT: If you were 50 and dating someone who was 32, people might talk a little, but they wouldn't think it was gross or creepy. 32 would be at the bottom of the creepy limit for someone who is 50. The upper limit would be 86... Still weird but not like an 86-year-old dating a 20-year old. Check sig for details!

Oh, I have no problem dating people older than me...never did find it creepy if there was a large age gap. I like the older men. There are some hot 50 year olds, although mostly in Hollywood, sigh. My rule is as long as it is legal it is all good. But that isn't a problem for me because I am not interested in the younger guys. I like maturity, it is sexy.

The calculation works really well by what I've seen... other then people who are immortal. for them they can date whoever they want (Within legal boundaries)

Kals is questing again!Immortals should only date other immortals. To do otherwise only leads to heartbreak and needless angst.
If you are 586 years old, you shouldn't date anyone younger than 300 or older than 1158. Check sig for details!

Screw that, I will defy the creepiness rules! I shall date anyone I want, immortal or not. I have no qualms with being creepy. But I'll still keep it legal.
