It's brain chemistry, Dark. You can be if you were born that way. Therapy is how you learn to deal with it, especially if you never had a chance to figure it out. If you're gonna be stubborn and not want to fix it then that's your problem, but you can't just will it away on your own, it doesn't work that way. These people understand how to make it go away, or at least some of them do. They know how to tell you to cope with it and understand what you're feeling.
It's how I got better, plus some light therapy and very low-dosage drugs, and I felt it since I was very small myself.

but see, im a weird person, usually im fine with my emotionless state of character, cause im a dark person. but i break down, and its like having the knife twisted in the wound. I dont want professional help because i wantr to deal with it myself. professionals cant help whats not wrong with your brain. Its not depression because i can "enjoy" it a lot of the time.

It may just be that you are one of those people with a really strong emotional detachment to life. You might just be indifferent to everything. If you normally are alright with it, it may not be a dig deal. It may still be a sign of depression. You may still want to consider talking to someone close to you about it.

Well, at least you have people here who care about you. Maybe you have some one online you're comfortable talking with?

You can be normally fine with it, it doesn't mean it's not something that's wrong with you.
Psychopaths are perfectly okay with it >_>

I'm fairly certain he's not a psycho. If he can function on a day to day basis, he's doing better than a lot of people I know.

My point was that people can be okay with things that are not actually okay...

Yeah, that would be most of the world actually. We ignore the bad aspects of life at times to just cope with it. It doesn't have to mean there is something wrong.
