I actually had a breakdown last night for no reason and would've killed myself had I not been with friends. I don't get it, and the brain chemistry pisses me off. I'm not doing well lately and the relapse is upsetting.
And I can't get in to see my counsellor. But I haven't got a real reason for it so it's not a big deal, I'm fine now, Kals is the one who can actually be comforted somewhat.
Anyway, I have to go for 10-15. I'll be back.
