It's a joke...
ninja An American had travelled to Spain on vacation, and on his next-to-last night in the country went to an authentic Spanish restaurant and had a very nice meal. He was still hungry, though, and noticed a wonderful-smelling dish being served next to him. He asked if he could have a serving.
"No, señor," the waiter said. "He is being served the testicles of the bull who lost in today's bull fight. We only have one serving a day."
"All right, then," said the tourist, "I'd like to reserve tomorrow night's serving. It'll be my last night in the country, and it sounds like a fantastic final memory of the country."
"As you wish, señor."
The next night, the man came back to the restaurant, eagerly awaiting his repast. He sat at the table, and the waiter brought his entree. The tourist looked down at his plate and back up at the waiter.
"Is something wrong, señor?"
"I notice that the serving tonight is, ah, considerably *smaller* than the one served last night..."
The waiter shrugged. "Sí, señor. Sometimes the matador wins, and sometimes the bull." ninja
