Meh, I'd pretty much agree with it... Playing hard to get just makes everyone confused and pissed off. It's like, you're interested in somebody and it's like 'okay, does she like me but pretends she doesn't, or does she hate my guts? Should I keep at it?' and an endless circle of just... Uhg.
Then if you're one of the girls who isn't like that and you try to tell a guy you're not interested, he'll half likely think you're just pretending not to be interested and then he'll be a persistant little... Uhg! stressed
Uhhh, yeah... Bad experience, but the dude's pretty much left me alone the last two weeks after I just about cussed him out ^.^;
But then there's also the side of the people who like to do that crap and blah blah blah... So I guess it's not all bad? I dunno, it's just annoying as hell.

It sounds reasonable to me too. But not all girls play that game. I've been told sometimes that I'm a tease and I play hard to get, but I really don't. I'm just so bleeding innocent that I wouldn't know flirtation if my life depended on it. Unless it's really, really, really obvious.

...Oddly enough, aretoo's not very good at flirts, either. ...I used to be dateless all the time, then my friends later would say something about all the guys hitting on me... I'd never seen them! eek smile

And the only other guy who's ever kinda/sorta/almost asked me out... It's like, when he did, I knew it was coming... But I didn't know how to react so it's just like... Oh.. and claim obliviousness... But the reason it was awkward was 'cause he told me he liked me and was going to ask me out but hadn't had the guts to do it yet, but now he'd ended up back together with this other girl so it's like... What do you say? They're already with someone at the time! gonk

I've had small children stop and explain to me that I'm being flirted with. Talk about awkward. gonk I'm extremely dense when it comes to dating and the like. My parents have practically had me in isolation my whole life. =P

I agree, if you like someone don't play hard to get.
I've had stalker expirences... not fun, the guy could have thought I was playing hard to get when really I was avoiding and didn't like him. Although the guy is a general stalker, I heard he stalked a new friend of mine before.
I hate most women.
