Legendary Ghost/Electric pokemon you can capture at the haunted mansion by interacting with the TV at some time during the night after getting access to the national pokedex.

Rotom is, to date, the only non-legendary Pokémon to do this. Cresselia and Shaymin do the opposite, being the only legendaries for which the normal wild battle music plays. * Many people, however, mistakenly claim Rotom to be legendary, due to its rarity of one, and appearance in the National Dex just before the Generation IV legendaries. @Silver — Dark Pulse works, too. wink

I looked at some sites, yeah it's not legendary, but there's only one of 'em, which is why I thought it was. Lol.
And it's just the elite four also. Lol.
Anyway, it sucks. That's why I never use mine. I'm sure I traded it away somewhere.
