I think that it's a great colour combination, but
it would look better if there was more white at
the top around the head area... A mythrill halo
might balance it out :]
Your avatar looks as though it has to much black
around the legs which should be broken up with
some white like a Kung Fu Panda white belt,though
it may be *to* much of a break up. Try it out???
Also, the Summoning Tome adds a kind of reddy
brown tinge to it in places like it's tail and eye...
The mood bubble is a bit of a pop out, drawing a
bit of unwanted attention to it away from the rest
of your avatar. But both Tome and bubble are not
to much of an eyesore, so they're bearable...
A birthstone crown may also help in the head area.
Not sure though D;
A black tie would put a bit of black in the bewbage
region, too. It needs to be spread a bit more evenly.

The Gimpi Hat is a big bang in the face/eyes/thing :/
You need more black spread throughout the rest of
the avatar, especially the feet/base.
The Lotus? Light is out of place, maybe add some pink
to the rest of the avatar or remove it completely?
A pinkish shirt would be better and some gold all over
the avatar would be nice, like Egyptian Anklets or the
bangles and such :3 I find that your pants don't really
go either D; If you change your Lotus to the black a**
pose, Naga Tail? IDK, it would fix a bit of the black
problem? I'm not very helpful with this, am I?? xD
EDITTTTT: Your gen of Lotus doesn't have the tail...MY

Ok. First, I love the originality behind everyone's avatar. Definitely unique and refreshing.
Second, my review of TehBunny. Please note, although I'm going to write some suggestions, overall, I would rate yours a 9/10.
So, I love the rule of 3s. You stick with three good colors that you can incorporate with a theme, with maybe a bright, contrasting accent to give it a punch. So, your use of gold, black, and white is really a good choice in my opinion.
I love the contrasting 2 figures (one white, one black) in the back - adds to the scheme while suggesting a deeper meaning.
However, I think you went a little accessory crazy. There is simply too much going on. The black, while in varying shades, makes it difficult to distinguish the many elements of the outfit. It helps with this overall effect, but if you analyze the image, it seems flawed. My suggestion would be to remove 1-3 things. Just think: "what can i not live without, and what can i get rid of?" The hat, the hair - rethink these choices. Simplify the torso. I like the claws.
Otherwise, I like it.
P.S. I know my avvy's elementary. I plan on changing it. smile

I want to change my hair, but don't know what style, and I rarely
ever wear gold all that often so it's a wasteful investment on my
part. I'm an all round black and white or blue person D; But I've
become rather fond of this avatar... Anyway, what hair would you
be likely to suggest for me? And the colour?
The hat helps me to add the grey-ish tinge my claws and scarf have
plus it was a gift from my beloved Overseer >.< And on a closer
inspection I look top heavy? Wtf, I never noticed... I'll take some of
your advice and remove some items... Maybe >.>

What style of hair is that? One of
the new ones I'm assuming... I
might try it out when I'm a little
less pushed for gold. I like the
general idealization of the enchanted
book, sadly, still questing for one.

Satin bow would be better if it were black
seeing as there is no real white in the scheme
except for the belt but a hairpin would fix that
right up.
A wittleeee bit of black around the bottom would
be really nice to see... And try some black on
the hands, black gloves maybe?
A darker brown hand accessory would be better
too.
Anyway, it doesn't matter seeing as you'll be changing
your avi anyway >.< I want to see it when you do >:]
