Not really.
You need to whisper a message in someones ear and they whisper it to the next person untill it gets to the last person. They say it out loud and the original message is said after.

Or you could say some thing very elaborate on in one thread and repeat it in another without looking at the other thread...but you would have to vow to look at it only once and not have it in another window...
