Celes glanced warily at Cael, and went for the hug.
"Just this once, Cael. And remember, I do still have that gun if you try any thing," she said, pulling back. Her gaze shifted to Prescott, but she decided not to bother him. It was just how he was.
Argenium and Chance exchanged glances, before they both began circling Slim.
"She's cute," Argenium said, looking up to wait for Chance's reply.
"Quite.e Not really my type, though," the female replied, her hands busy with shuffling the cards. It being said that this new person wasn't her type, he gaze scanned the room, lingering on Prescott a moment. More her type, but she knew danger when she saw it. It wouldn't be wise.
Argenium, on the other hand, was busy observing Kuo at this point.
"Argenium. Pleasure to meet one so lovely as yourself," he commented, instead hugging Kuo briefly and releasing her.
"Oh, hey, Alphonse. How's it going? Should've kept the hat on, it looked good on you." he commented with a light wave.

Cael puts the back of his hand to his forehead, sighing peacefully. "I knew my charms would get to you some day, Celes. Just knew it."
Slim, meanwhile, feels her cheeks reddening as Argenium and Chance scrutinize her casually.
Glancing to the side awkwardly, she replies to them both, "Erm, well, thank you~!"
@Pancake: Not really. sweatdrop I'm trying to ween myself off of it to get back to the guild...

Hahaha, well, It'd be nice to see you more often, I won't deny that! I miss talking to you like I used to be able to a few times a week. That was always fun..
I need to wait a week before the piece I need to fix the old family computer gets here... I just formatted this computer like 2 days ago, and somehow the family ******** it up again. >_< Damn them...

Kuo laughed, blushing. "Haha, thank you. You're quite attractive yourself." she smiled.
Alphonse blushed. "E-eh?! ....th-thank you... I think?" he said. The blush stood out against his pale skin. He was easily embarrassed by compliments.

Argenium chuckled a bit, noticing the blush that showed up on both of their faces.
"Easily flustered, aren't you? It's attractive, though. and thank you. I remember you being called Kuo?" he commented, winding his arm around her shoulders.
"Not quite, Cael. Not quite. You've still got a ways to go, but I might have missed you a bit," Celes said, light grin tugging at the corners of her mouth before she felt a hand on her shoulder and turned to see Chance. "What do you want?"
"Nothing, nothing. I do know that if I didn't have a boyfriend I'd gladly take your place here in this conversation, though." the red head replied, her usual grin in place.
"Relationships are a waste of time, though! You should know that, darling Chance. Why don't oyu just take what oyu wnt out of it and leave, rather than being bound by something like that? Really now," Argenium called.
Things have been pretty good for me, Pancake! Hey there, Tsuji, Jaft. (Bah, I keep getting distracted. Sorry.) Also, I'm liking this song, Omni. It's nice writing music.

What I need is to go out after the fireworks tomorrow (Our big fireworks are on the fifth instead of the fourth for some reason) and just drink. Drink until I can't feel anything anymore. It's been far too long since I was last drunk, and I think that's exactly what I need every once in a while. To just sit back with friends and family, drink, and have a good time.

After being complimented again, and feeling an arm around her shoulder, Kuo blushed a bit more. She laughed nervously. "Th-thank you... And, yes. A lot of people call me Kuo." she said.
Alphonse sighed. He had slightly expected as much from Argenium. But did he have to do that to Kuo, too? At least he wasn't doing anything to him, he thought. Alphonse sat down, his back propped against the wall, pouting.
