This'll be my only comment about it for the night; I'm not letting it get any more to me:
Dad asked sisters "Do you want to go with me to drop mother off to work?"
Sisters were watching a show on the Internet and said "No, thank you."
Dad got mad and told them "Fine then. Tomorrow I'm going to permanently shut down the computer." (Fear/Guilt Tactic)
Sisters told them "Alright, we'll go."
Dad said "No, you don't want to."
Secretly, Dad unplugged cables from the router, sending the router, my computer (not to mention my progress on my online portfolio, website, and resume), and the Internet down the tube.
I spent about 45 minutes getting it working again, as my router is really fickle.
I'm just annoyed that he didn't just command them to go. He asked when he should've commanded, and punished because he didn't get the desired result. My parents are manipulative, fear-using, guilt-giving sons of lucifer.

Unfortunately my sisters and I are currently dependent on that jackass. Well... My sisters are more of my concern than I.
Anyways *puts that aside* I'm doing well AlkyPan. I'm just regretting that I can't get free MMOs to work on WINE because of GameGuard.

That sucks a** Lin. I hope you figure something out to get the games working.
Also, at least you're thinking of the well being of your family first. Around this house, that's something that would never happen.

That's why I kinda don't plan on having kids. . . I just know I could end up being a really irresponsible and shitty parent. . . Now, being an uncle or parents' friend is A okay by me ^__^

Well... The games aren't a big desire to have, Tsuj, and I could just dual boot Windows XP with my computer.
The thing is, it's too inconvenient. The development toolkits, and the stability, is so much better on a Linux system that to switch to Windows just to play a game is a hassle.
I don't plan on having kids either because of my parents. Plus I don't have a uterus, and... I'm not a girl...

I know I'd be a shitty parent, or I'd end up leaving the kids mother, and I don't want to be like my dad and do that to a kid, and I also don't want to be the parent that's an a**. I just couldn't do that. Plus I'd probably end up letting my kids smoke, drink, and use drugs whenever they wanted.. I mean, I used to, so who would I be to tell them not too. Sorry, I'm no hypocrite, so I just wouldn't be able to tell them off for it. Okay, now peace. Laters all.

I think that you're far more qualified to give advice about something like that than a straightedge. Hell, should I ever have kids I can tell them that I didn't enjoy drugs and think it's dumb thing to do. Naww... I know me, aretoo. I love working with kids, but I need my me time in order to function well. If I don't have that time, I don't have the capacity of working with kids.
