Mm... That's an unfortunate thing to feel... I'm sort of on the same boat, though this Sandalwood diffuser is helping me relieve some emotion.

Mayhaps Paul could use some incense that smells like Church? I'd link you some, but unfortunately smells don't transmit.

It's a mix of frankincense and myrrh, correct? Monseigneur uses that during Adoration on Thursdays.

Yes. Though I like to mix mine with a slight touch of sandalwood because doesn't feel as harsh as frankincense and myrrh alone.

Ahhhh... I see. Well... it smells like church. And the smell of church incense always seems to relax me and put my mind in a certain place.
