the only time I freak out is when they drill... I end up shaking every time I get a cavity filled. My ENTIRE body shakes

For some reason, anesthetics don't seem to work very well on me. gonk Any work I've had on my teeth always follows the same routine. 1) They give me a shot of something in the area where they'll be working. 2) I tell them it's not numb. 3) They don't believe me, and start drilling anyway. 4) They realize I wasn't lying, and give me another shot. 5) I tell them it feels more numb. 6) It isn't numb enough. 7) I go to a happy place in my mind until they're done. gonk

And that is the short story of why I am afraid of dental work. =D General anesthesia seems to work (I've been knocked out for two other medical procedures), but the small doses don't work, and I have no idea why. I'm terrified of surgery, obviously.

I had some work done where they removed spots off my two front teeth, and filled the spots they drilled off with enamel. I had so much novicane in my face, I couldn't feel my nose xp it wasn't too bad except for when they stabbed my gums to give me more novicane. They were nice and let me listen to my iPod during the whole thing.

I know the dentist all too well. I've had 20 cavities filled in my lifetime and I'm bound to have more.
My teeth aren't well taken care of. My own fault, but I don't find them important enough to take good care of them. I only take minimal care for them.
But anyway, long story short, the dentist is my friend. ...then Skrat came.

Well they just had a big update thing, so I guess it's not too suprising that there'd be a few bugs. I kinda don't like how long it takes to dress my avi though sweatdrop

It's funny you guys would be talking about dentistry.
Dragoon's there right now getting a root canal. Yep, a root canal. Apparently she's been grinding her teeth awful in her sleep, and there's a fracture in one of the molars that goes all the way down. Chips were coming off of it.
She'll probably be cranky when she gets home. X3. And, she'll probably want to post here about it.
I'm just glad her tooth is getting fixed, though. That way she'll feel better eventually, with no more horrible tooth complications.
