No I'm not. sweatdrop I don't hate the way I look as much as I did when I was younger, but I still don't see myself that way. Thank you for the compliment, though.

It's funny-- most people DON'T see themselves that way, even if they are, and those that do are generally insufferable. smile

Sadly, there seems to be a very fine line between having good self-esteem and being full of oneself. Has anyone seen the movie Amelie? (Actually called Le Destin Fabuleux d'Amelie Poulin)

No, I haven't. Is it by the same director? I love Amelie. <3 The first time I watched it, it was un-subtitled and I didn't speak hardly any French, so all of the dialogue was lost on me; I still loved it!
Even now, the European French is very hard for me to understand, but it's an awesome film.

It is, actually. It's a lot darker (literally as well as figuratively), but it has the same beauty and sense of wonder; it's a fairy tale about a man who can't dream and wants to steal the dreams of children from a nearby town, and a circus strongman in search of his abducted adoptive little brother. That's only the barebones, of course, but... It's also in European French, and I always watch with the subtitles. It's among my top-10 movies, I think... (Of course, being a typical Gemini, that list changes from week to week...) wink

I'll see if I can download it. =D I can manage without subtitles, I just have to concentrate very hard. x3
Being that I'm actually a twin, do I get to be an honorary Gemini?
