Gaaah... Sorry... the song just makes me mad. I know it's exposure, but it's not the best exposure. Highlight only if you want and I'll say no more.
Still... Subject matter or not... it's still a very superficial view of queer culture in general (again, my opinion). The implication of that song (musical style being club-like and dance like) implies that it is an older party, which has the implication in the mainstream of drinking, which has the implication that the girl was drunk. The liking of the kiss implies that the whole attraction to the same gender was purely physical.
Edit: We don't consider ourselves (me and my group) to be feminazis (that's going beyond the acceptance/appreciation and becoming promotion, that is, females are better than males). However, we are critical of queer-culture viewpoints.

It's not a song about queer culture, at all. =) It's about some straight chick experimenting with another girl for the hell of it when she's intoxicated. For HER it was only physical, because she's straight. She's not expressiing any sort of connection to the LGBT culture, she's just having fun and being "rebellious". The song is lighthearted; so is fooling around. It's not some sort of shameful thing, being affectionate with someone of the same sex.

ok Lin I am not at all trying to be mean when I say this and you know I love you but you and your friends are just having a moment of taking a song WAY too seriously and reading more into it than there actually is. Music is to be enjoyed and yeah there's some songs out there that have a message but that song is really not one of them
