I do like that font as well, Tsuj.
I started on IBM DOS with Windows 3.1, but I've always found the System 7s to be much more friendly than the DOS/Win combination.

hehehe Funny you should mention that, Linny; I was taking graphics classes on a MS-DOS machine at the same time as I was actually WORKING doing graphics on the IIcx. It's kinda what decided my Mac preference! mrgreen

My first was a custom built DOS/Win combination as well. Actually, it was my dad's work computer for drafting work. I used it for Doom, Wolfenstein 3D, and Duke Nukem 3D... My first Mac was a two-year old LCii running MacOS 6.

I've never had a Macintosh computer of my own, though I've always wanted to get one. If I had to use a commercial operating system I would choose MacOS over Windows in a heartbeat, if only because for superficial look reasons (though I do appreciate the Mac's more consistent look between first and third party applications).

I bought my MacBook for the option of dual-booting, but still haven't gotten around to buying a copy of Windows... and now Apple has disabled the non-Tiger use of BootCamp...
Asshats... stare

Oh, gads... My boss would rent games and bring 'em in; I remember the insane levels I built for Wolfenstein then... mrgreen And SimEarth with my bronze-age cetaceans, and Marathon... man, that was a fun game. Especially when you messed with the gravity and whatnot!

Oregon Trail = heart Amazon Trail was good too, but just not the same...
There was a war strategy game that I used to play my old Mac... I wonder if I can find that...

Jaft Fix your signature, aretoo. ^_^ Though I did get the cowl from some extraordinarily generous person, I still am technically questing for the cape... ^_^ ...Man, you're evil, Tsuji... mrgreen
Well, Kusa'd like the computer for a bit before we go to sleep, so... sleep well, and wake even better! mrgreen
