You're missing out Sanzo...
Only the cultured and refined can enjoy the subtle flavours found in great dark chocolate

Sorry Sanzo. smile We just like chocolate. ^^ I like milk chocolate personally, though on rare occasions I'll have dark chocolate. Very rare.
Now I want dark chocolate covered espresso beans... Yummeh....

Edit: Yes, Sanzo. It's two layers of chocolate mousse sandwiched between three layers of lightly-flavoured meringue, wrapped in chocolate ribbons, dusted with cocoa powder, and garnished with a combination of mint leaves and chocolate leaves and chocolate roses.

I'm poor too so I can't make anything decadent like that, though I'd like to.
I've been tempted in showing myself to some of the chefs in this area and, awkwardly, asking if they do apprenticeships... ._.
@Sanzo: For the last time, you can't make a slave boy out of me. :3 Unless I was somehow dependent on you for my livelihood.
Edit: I'd be challenged too, aretoo, if it's anything like the 15-inch-long 5-inch-diameter abomination that is the Great American Challenge.
