How can one be neutral in what, Jimbo?
Actually... I think that question makes a lot more sense, considering the Apocalypse is when everything joins the war of ultimate good and evil?

I dunno, people are claiming that they'd like to be neutral but still fight, as if neutral is it's own side now. The point of nutrality in a war is that you do not fight at all, therefor you cannot be pinned with any side. If you claim to be neutral from other forces, but still intend to fight you become your own force.
