I like X Japan, but I don't have a lot on my computer. Dragoon's the source for most of my Jrock goodness.
Not to mention that Yoshiki is lulz. XP
My favorite Jrock band would have to be D. Asagi is the only person I allow myself to even marginally come close to fangirling over. Because fangirling is not allowed. Ever.

I used to listen to a lot of J-rock, visual kei...etc...but it kinda faded away since I was unable to keep myself up to date...
I still have quitea few songs in my playlist...but they pop up so randomly..I forgot most of the lesser known bands/songtitles...
And browsing through thousands of songs in my playlist...to find that one alien mariage or due le quartz song...etc...is...tedious/unpossible <.<.

Gackt...Malice Mizer(before Klaha as well), Klaha himself...damn...hehe...yeah...but then again...they were pretty much one of the first to show me the awesomeness.
(Asian pen pals...<3 I was so ahead of the time back then...hehe)

Mh, well...I listened to his Roentgen album in winter...in my car...and most of the songs are kind of...desolate and stuff.
So that might have helped in me liking him.
