Hellz yeah I'm right.
I remember watching the movie with my sister and her saying "You know who that is?" and I was like "uhhh" and she was like "listen to his voice" and then I listened and went "Duuuuude...that's the guy from Monk!" and she was like "yup. freaky right?"
Happened just like that. Run-on sentence and all.

Oh I did research, Yeah ur right it was the guy from monk in silence of the lambs, I was thinking the Buffallo Bob from Joe Dirt, its been a long while since I have seen Silence of the Lambs...
