Every once in a while I buy a tub of cookie dough for that purpose, but inevitably someone ruins it with an oven... stare
Anyway, I'm done with the ice cream part and am moving onto the cookie dough part. mrgreen

I'm pretty sure that baking powder can generally be substituted for baking soda in a 3:1 ratio. Well, about 60% sure... It changes the flavor slightly, but the leavening works the same...
