He was a British army major that lost his life during WWI. What concerns me is the repetition of the family name "Tollemache".
I love British names, they're terribly unpredictable. Take Featherstonewaugh, it has an astonishing FIVE pronunciations! Five. One of which is "fan-shaw". confused
